CARX Combined Air Release Valve is an intelligent valve that integrates high-speed exhaust, micro exhaust, and automatic air supply functions, designed specifically to eliminate gas resistance and negative pressure hazards in pipeline systems. It adopts a unique dual floating ball (large floating ball and small floating ball) composite structure, which can discharge a large amount of air at high speed when the pipeline is filled with water. The system continuously discharges trace gases that precipitate during operation, and quickly inhales air when negative pressure is generated in the system. The entire process is fully automatic, effectively ensuring the safety and efficiency of the pipeline system operation. Mainly used in long-distance water supply pipelines, municipal water supply networks, boiler heating systems, industrial circulating water systems, fire water supply systems, and pump stations, it is a key equipment for solving pipeline air blockage, water hammer, and negative pressure problems, ensuring that the system is always in the best water supply efficiency and safety state.

1. Dual stage composite exhaust structure
The large exhaust port is used to discharge a large amount of free air at high speed during water filling; The small exhaust port is used to automatically and continuously discharge trace amounts of dissolved gases during system operation, ensuring thorough and efficient exhaust.
2. Automatic air replenishment to prevent negative pressure
When the pipeline system stops pumping or generates negative pressure during drainage, the valve automatically opens to suck in air, preventing the pipeline from being sucked in and protecting the structural safety of the system.
3. High sensitivity and reliability
Adopting stainless steel floating ball and precision lever mechanism, it is sensitive to pressure and water level changes, accurate in opening and closing, reliable in sealing performance, and achieves zero leakage.
4. Wide adaptability to working conditions
The valve body can be made of ductile iron (lined with epoxy resin) or stainless steel material, and the sealing components can be selected from NBR, EPDM, etc. It is suitable for various media such as clean water, drinking water, and mild sewage.
