P4X air supply and exhaust valve is an automatic control valve designed to automatically discharge accumulated gas in liquid pipeline systems and quickly suck in air when negative pressure is generated in the system, preventing pipeline blockage or negative pressure damage and ensuring safe and stable operation of the system. This valve usually adopts a floating ball or diaphragm structure, which can automatically open and close according to the pressure and liquid level changes in the pipeline, achieving dual functions of exhaust and replenishment. Widely used in water supply and drainage networks, HVAC systems, fire water supply systems, industrial circulating water systems, irrigation projects, and pump station water supply pipelines, especially suitable for: continuously discharging accumulated gases at the highest or local high points of pipelines, long-distance water supply pipelines, preventing negative pressure suction and collapse of pipelines when pumps stop, quickly discharging air during system filling or initial operation, ensuring smooth system start-up.

Features:
1. Automatic exhaust and replenishment: When the volume of air in the pipeline accumulates, the exhaust is automatically turned on, and when the system generates negative pressure, it quickly sucks in air to maintain pressure balance.
2. High efficiency exhaust with large displacement: The exhaust diameter is large, which can quickly discharge a large amount of air and improve the system's water filling and operating efficiency.
3. High sensitivity response: Adopting a precision floating ball or elastic diaphragm structure, it responds quickly to pressure changes and opens and closes accurately and reliably.
4. Leak proof sealing design: After exhaust, it automatically resets and tightly seals to prevent liquid leakage, ensuring system cleanliness and safety.
Compact structure and easy installation: With a small size, it can be directly installed at high points or specific positions in pipelines, without the need for external power, and easy maintenance.
