CARX compound quick exhaust valve is a high-performance automatic valve integrating high-speed mass exhaust, continuous trace exhaust and quick air admission functions. The composite air valve is based on the principle of buoyancy effect of water on stainless steel float ball. When the water level of the exhaust valve rises, the float ball will automatically float under the buoyancy effect of water until the valve clack contacts the sealing surface of the valve seat seal ring at the exhaust port. When the buoyancy increases to more than the required specific pressure of the sealing surface, the exhaust port will be automatically closed. The valve is optimized for the gas management requirements of the pipeline system in different stages such as water filling, operation and emptying. The composite double-port structure is adopted, which can realize the combination of rapid gas throughput and precise control, effectively prevent the hazards of pipeline air resistance, water hammer and negative pressure, and ensure the safe, efficient and stable operation of the system under various working conditions. Widely used in municipal water supply network, large building water supply system, HVAC circulating system, industrial cooling water system, fire pump room and long-distance water transmission project pipeline highest point or key node. It is especially applicable to the occasions with frequent start and stop of the system, easy to produce water hammer or negative pressure, and high exhaust efficiency requirements. 1.Compound double-port high-efficiency exhaust
Combination design of high flow main exhaust port and micro continuous exhaust port. The main exhaust port can quickly discharge a large amount of free air filled with water or gathered in the pipeline; Trace vent can automatically and continuously discharge the dissolved gas slowly separated out from the system during operation, and the exhaust process is comprehensive and efficient.
2.Quick response and instantaneous air admission
The main valve port is of lightweight design and sensitive response. When the pipeline system generates negative pressure, it can be instantaneously opened and suck in a large amount of air, quickly balance the pressure inside and outside the pipeline, and effectively prevent the pipeline from being sucked, the interface from being damaged or the pump body from cavitation.
3.Wide material selection and strong adaptability
The valve body can be made of nodular cast iron (lined with epoxy resin) or stainless steel according to the working conditions, and the seals can be made of NBR, EPDM and other materials, so that it can adapt to various application scenarios such as common clean water, circulating cooling water and slightly corrosive medium.
4.Optimized flow path and high tightness
Internal flow passage is optimized by fluid dynamics, with small exhaust resistance and large flow capacity. The sealing pair is designed accurately to ensure reliable sealing under frequent opening and closing and pressure fluctuation, so as to achieve long-term zero leakage.
5.Robust structure and easy maintenance
Compact and reasonable overall structure design and reliable operation. The upper cover is typically designed to be removable for fast internal inspection, cleaning or replacement of wearing parts, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
