P11X copper external thread exhaust valve is a compact automatic exhaust valve with a brass valve body and external thread interface, designed specifically for discharging free air in liquid pipeline systems. It automatically controls the opening and closing of a single exhaust port through the lifting and lowering of an internal floating ball, with a simple structure and sensitive response. Copper material provides excellent corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, and the external thread connection makes installation and disassembly extremely convenient. Features:

1. Brass valve body is corrosion-resistant

The valve body is made of brass casting, which has good resistance to corrosion and chloride ion erosion, and is not easy to rust. It is suitable for domestic hot water, cold water, and some neutral chemical media.

2. Convenient external thread connection

The interface is a standard external thread (usually G1/2 ", G3/4" or NPT thread), which can be directly screwed into the reserved interface of pipelines or equipment, and can be installed flexibly without the need for additional flanges or connectors.

3. Automatic floating ball exhaust

Built in hollow copper or stainless steel floating ball, using buoyancy principle to automatically open and close the exhaust port. When there is gas in the pipeline, the float ball descends and opens the exhaust. After filling with water, it rises and closes, achieving fully automatic operation.

4. Compact structure and reliable sealing

The overall design is compact and lightweight, occupying minimal space. The exhaust port seal is usually made of heat-resistant rubber (such as NBR) to ensure tightness when closed and prevent liquid leakage.
