Overview
The J40W American Standard Globe Valve is a globe valve designed and manufactured in accordance with American national standards. By rotating the handwheel or actuator, it drives the stem and disc to perform a vertical lifting motion along the centerline of the seat, achieving reliable opening and closing of the medium in the pipeline. Its core design feature lies in strict adherence to advanced foreign standards such as ANSI B16.34 and BS1873. The valve body features an integrally cast barrel-shaped or streamlined structure with a straight-through flow path, resulting in low fluid resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The valve's closure member is a plug-type disc, with sealing surfaces featuring precision-lapped tapered or flat designs, offering low closing force, erosion resistance, and reliable sealing. The seat utilizes a replaceable structure, allowing arbitrary combination with the closure member's sealing face material based on operating conditions, effectively extending the valve's service life. The valve uses a flange connection, secured by bolts to the pipeline flange, offering a compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance. For large-diameter, high-pressure class globe valves, the stem transmission adopts a rising stem structure, equipped with rolling bearings or an impact handwheel to significantly reduce the closing operating force. Drive modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, and other forms, meeting the requirements of different operating conditions. This valve is widely used in pipeline systems for shutting off or passing media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, and urea.

1、Strictly Adheres to American Standards, Advanced Design: The product's design and manufacturing comply with advanced foreign standards such as American National Standards ANSI B16.34 and BS1873, ensuring valve performance and quality align with international requirements, meeting the needs of international projects in industries like petroleum, chemical, and power.

Applicable temperature range is -29~550℃, and applicable media include water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, urea, and various other conditions.
6、Flange Connection, Easy Installation and Maintenance: Adopts a flange connection method, secured by bolts to the pipeline flange, offering a compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance. Connecting flange dimensions comply with ANSI B16.5 standards, providing broad universality and interchangeability.
