Overview
The J41W Cast Steel Globe Valve is a globe valve designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards. By rotating the handwheel or actuator, it drives the stem and disc to perform a vertical lifting motion along the centerline of the seat, achieving reliable opening and closing of the medium in the pipeline. Its core design feature lies in strict adherence to national standards such as GB/T 12235. The valve body adopts an integrally cast structure with a straight-through flow path. The disc moves linearly up and down along the centerline of the fluid, offering flexible and reliable operation and excellent sealing performance. The valve's closure member is a cylindrical or plug-type disc, with sealing surfaces featuring precision-lapped flat or tapered designs. During opening and closing, the sealing surfaces have no relative sliding, resulting in minimal wear and scratching, good sealing performance, and a long service life. The seat can be designed with a replaceable structure, facilitating maintenance and allowing replacement of sealing elements without removing the entire valve from the pipeline. The valve uses a flange connection, secured by bolts to the pipeline flange, offering a compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance. Drive modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, and other forms, meeting the requirements of different operating conditions. This valve is suitable for pipelines with nominal pressures PN1.6~16MPa and operating temperatures -29~550℃ in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power generation. It is widely used in pipeline systems for shutting off or passing media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, and urea.

Due to the absence of relative sliding on the sealing surfaces, frictional force during opening and closing is low, resulting in smaller operating torque and a smooth process.
5、Convenient Maintenance, Economical and Practical: The seat can be designed with a replaceable structure, facilitating the replacement of sealing elements during valve maintenance without removing the entire valve from the pipeline, significantly reducing maintenance costs and time. The body material is typically WCB cast steel, offering a robust structure and high cost-effectiveness.

Connecting flange dimensions comply with standards such as GB/T 9113, providing broad universality and interchangeability.
