The A42C spring-loaded full-opening safety valve is a type of safety valve that utilizes direct spring loading and a full-opening structure. The "C" in its designation indicates that the valve body material is carbon steel. When the system pressure exceeds the preset set pressure, the valve disc quickly rises to its fully open position, allowing for the rapid release of a large amount of medium; it automatically closes when the pressure returns to the specified value. This valve has a robust structure and strong versatility, serving as a standard safety relief device for providing high-capacity overpressure protection in various steam, gas, or liquid systems. It is widely used in industrial boilers, pressure vessels, compressed air systems, oil and gas storage tanks, heat exchangers, and general chemical equipment, serving as a standard high-capacity safety pressure relief device to protect systems from hazards caused by overpressure.

Features:
1. The fully open large-displacement design features a valve disc opening height equal to or greater than 1/4 of the flow passage diameter, providing a large discharge area and strong relief capacity (displacement), enabling rapid reduction of system pressure.
2. Carbon steel valve bodies (Type "C") are primarily cast or forged from carbon steel (such as WCB), which boasts high strength and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, making them economical and practical.
3. The direct spring-loaded structure is simple in design and reliable in performance. The set pressure (opening pressure) can be precisely set by adjusting the screw rod, and the pressure difference between opening and closing is relatively small.
4. Wide range of application: It is suitable for a variety of non-corrosive media such as saturated steam, air, water, and oil with operating temperatures up to 300℃. It is one of the most commonly used safety valve types in the industrial field.
5. Standard flange connections are commonly used for inlet and outlet connections (such as RF flanges), ensuring stable installation and facilitating integration with the pipeline system
