JM644X pneumatic sludge valve is an automated control valve utilizing a dual-chamber diaphragm actuation mechanism, specifically designed for bottom installation in sedimentation and water treatment tanks to achieve remote automated sludge discharge. The valve consists of a pneumatic actuator and a valve body, using compressed air as the power source. Its core principle involves changing the direction of air pressure entering the upper and lower chambers of the actuator to drive the diaphragm and stem assembly in a linear reciprocating motion. Thanks to the dual-chamber structure, this valve overcomes the jamming issues common in traditional single-chamber sludge valves, offering fast response, high thrust, and reliable operation, making it essential equipment for modern automated water and sewage treatment systems.

1.Dual-chamber diaphragm drive:Utilizes a dual-cavity design where air pressure switching between two independent chambers generates powerful thrust.
