ARVX stainless steel micro vent valve is a precision automatic valve made of all stainless steel, specially designed to continuously and automatically discharge micro amount of dissolved gas slowly separated out from liquid pipeline system. It does not process a large amount of free air, but automatically opens the tiny exhaust port under the system pressure through the precise ball (or displacer) mechanism to continuously discharge the trace gas accumulated at the high point of the pipe, so as to effectively prevent the formation of air bag, reduce air resistance, optimize the system efficiency, and protect the pump and instrument from cavitation. Its all-stainless steel construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene. It is mainly used in closed circulating water system, solar heating system, precision industrial cooling system, food and pharmaceutical process pipeline, HVAC system and high-rise building water supply network and other occasions with high requirements on system efficiency, tightness and material cleanliness. It is usually installed at the local highest point of the system or near the outlet of the heat exchanger and pump, as the key auxiliary equipment to prevent the accumulation of trace gas and ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the system.

Features:

1.All stainless steel corrosion resistant structure

The valve body, internal float ball, spring and other core parts are all made of 304 or 316 stainless steel with no corrosion risk. They are applicable to drinking water, high purity water, chemicals and corrosive media.

2.Continuous micro automatic exhaust

It is specially optimized for discharging the dissolved gas slowly separated out from the system during operation. The exhaust aperture is small (generally ≤ 2mm), and the exhaust action is smooth and continuous without affecting the normal working pressure of the system.

3.High sensitivity and tight sealing

Precision small ball (or displacer) and lever mechanism are also sensitive to the accumulation of a very small amount of gas. Bubble level sealing is achieved by relying on system pressure or auxiliary springs when closing to ensure zero leakage.

4.Compact design and high pressure adaptability

Small and compact structure, extremely low installation space requirements. Stainless steel allows for higher operating pressures (e.g. PN16, PN25, PN40) and wider temperature ranges.

5.Easy maintenance and high reliability

The upper cover is typically unscrewed for quick inspection of the inside or replacement of seals such as O-rings. Simple and reliable mechanical structure ensures long-term maintenance-free operation and long service life.
