QB2 Automatic Dual Port Air Vent is an automatic valve with classic structure and reliable performance. It works together through two independent exhaust ports (usually one large-diameter main exhaust port and one small-diameter auxiliary exhaust port) to realize automatic exhaust of free air and separated gas in the pipeline system. It can quickly exhaust a large amount of air when the pipeline is filled with water, continuously exhaust trace gas when the system is operating, and automatically suck in air when the system generates negative pressure, so as to effectively prevent air resistance, ensure the water transmission efficiency of the system and protect the pipeline safety. Widely used in building water supply system, HVAC circulating water system, fire water supply network, industrial circulating cooling water system and the highest point or local bulge of regional water supply pipeline. It is especially applicable to the conventional water system requiring automatic and efficient gas removal, but not requiring high protection requirements for extreme pressure fluctuation such as waterproof hammer, and it is the basic exhaust equipment to ensure smooth operation of the pipeline.

1.Two-port collaborative automatic exhaust

The main and auxiliary exhaust ports are designed. The main exhaust port is used to quickly discharge a large amount of free air filled with water or accumulated in the pipeline; The auxiliary exhaust port is used to continuously discharge the slowly separated trace gas during the stable operation of the system, and the exhaust process is efficient and automatic.

2.Automatic air supplement for negative pressure prevention

When the pressure in the pipeline drops to form negative pressure, the main exhaust port will be quickly opened to suck in the external air, effectively avoiding the pipeline from being sucked or generating water hammer, and ensuring the safety of the system structure.

3.Simple structure and reliable operation

The mechanical structure combining lever and float ball (or displacer) is generally adopted inside, with direct action principle, solid and durable parts, relatively loose requirements for water quality and stable and reliable operation.

4.Good adaptability under wide working conditions

The valve body can be made of nodular cast iron (lined with anticorrosive coating) or stainless steel. NBR or EPDM rubber can be selected for the sealing elements according to the medium temperature, which can adapt to various media such as clean water, cooling water and slightly treated sewage.

5.Easy installation and maintenanceThe overall structure is compact, and most interfaces are standard flanges or threads. The upper cover is usually removable, convenient for daily inspection, internal cleaning and replacement of wearing parts, with low maintenance cost.
