Lift Check Valve

Lift check valves can be divided into horizontal and vertical types. Horizontal installation requires the selection of a horizontal lift check valve, while vertical installation necessitates the selection of a vertical check valve. Lift check valves are automatic valves that rely on the self-weight of the valve disc and the upstream pipeline pressure to close or open the valve. There are also lift check valves with springs installed behind the valve disc. The function of lift check valves in pipelines is to prevent medium backflow and protect the safety of upstream pipeline equipment. They can also be used to automatically supply auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the system pressure. The structural design of pressure self-tightening lift check valves, DIN standard lift check valves, American standard lift check valves, forged steel lift check valves, stainless steel lift check valves, and lift cast steel check valves produced by Zhejiang Shanliu Valve ensures smooth passage during normal medium flow, but effectively seals to prevent medium backflow when the medium flows in the opposite direction.

OverviewThe axial flow check valve is an energy-saving check valve featuring a streamlined disc design that moves linearly along the pipeline axis for automatic opening and closing. It typically adopts a flanged or wafer connection. The valve body is mainly made of cast steel, stainless steel or ductile iron, with its internal disc performing axial reciprocating motion under the assistance of a flow guide and a spring. This valve can be installed either horizontally or vertically. When the medium flows in the forward direction, it pushes the disc to open along the axis, providing a completely straight-through flow path with extremely low pressure loss. When the medium stops or flows backward, the disc quickly returns to its closed position under spring force and reverse medium pressure, offering reliable sealing with minimal water hammer impact. It is specifically designed for piping systems requiring low flow resistance and high-frequency opening and closing. Widely used in long-distance pipelines, water injection systems, petrochemical plants, seawater desalination and similar projects, it serves as a key protective device ensuring efficient and stable system operation.GLH41W Axial Flow Check ValveMinimizes damage caused by water hammer in pipelines.Eliminates flutter, reducing the likelihood of sudden valve failure in reciprocating compressor applications.Protects critical equipment from costly damage caused by reverse flow.Low pressure drop, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.Utilizes the fast dynamic response of the axial flow check valve to reduce reverse flow velocity.

Durable Metal Hard Sealing The disc and seat feature hard alloy sealing surfaces, providing excellent resistance to erosion, wear, and high temperatures. This makes it particularly suitable for applications involving steam, media containing particles, and frequent operation, ensuring a long service life.3. Flexible Installation and Low Flow Resistance The swing-type design allows for horizontal installation or installation in vertical pipelines with upward flow. When open, the disc swings almost completely away from the flow path, resulting in minimal fluid resistance and low pressure loss.4. Rapid Closure and Safety Reliability The short swing travel of the disc enables quick closure, effectively mitigating water hammer effects. The robust construction ensures stable operation under harsh conditions, and some models comply with fire safety standards.5. Easy Maintenance and Wide Applicability The structural design facilitates online inspection or maintenance, with some models supporting quick replacement of seat seals. Suitable for various media including water, steam, oil, and gas, the valve excels in high-temperature and high-pressure applications.

H61Y Power Plant High-Temperature High-Pressure Welded Check Valve Overview The H61Y Power Plant High-Temperature High-Pressure Welded Check Valve is a high-performance valve specifically designed for critical systems in power plants, featuring welded end connections and a swing-type structure. The valve body and key components are made of high-temperature-resistant materials such as chromium-molybdenum alloy steel or stainless steel, typically conforming to ASTM A182 standards.Internally, the valve employs a metal hard seal overlay-welded with hard alloys. It opens under the pressure of forward-flowing medium and closes rapidly and automatically under the disc's own weight and reverse pressure.Designed for ultra-high parameter applications such as main steam lines and high-temperature feedwater pipelines, this valve must be permanently welded to the pipeline using stringent welding procedures to eliminate any risk of leakage. It serves as a critical component for ensuring the safety of core equipment in power plants, including boilers and turbines, by preventing medium backflow and mitigating water hammer effects in the system.H61Y Power Plant High-Temperature High-Pressure Welded Check Valve Product DrawingH61Y Power Plant High-Temperature High-Pressure Welded Check Valve Features 1. Extreme Operating Condition Adaptability Made from high-quality alloy steel, it can withstand high temperatures and pressures (Class 2500 or higher) and is specifically designed for demanding environments such as supercritical and ultra-supercritical units in power plants.2. Fully Welded Leak-proof Structure The valve features butt-weld ends that are permanently welded to the pipeline, fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage at connection points and ensuring absolute sealing integrity under high pressure and temperature.3. High-Performance Hard Seal The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat are overlay-welded with cobalt-based or nickel-based hard alloys, providing exceptional wear resistance, erosion resistance, and high-temperature stability to ensure reliable sealing during long-term operation.4. Safety, Reliability, and Long Service Life The structural design fully accounts for thermal stress and pressure impacts, ensuring smooth disc operation. The valve typically complies with stringent fireproof and explosion-proof standards, with a design lifespan aligned with that of the main equipment.5. Specialized Manufacturing and High Standards The entire process—from material selection, casting, machining, welding, and heat treatment to inspection—adheres to international standards such as ASME and API, as well as specific power plant regulations. The comprehensive quality traceability system ensures extremely high reliability requirements are met.

Japanese Standard brass Stop-Check Valve Overview The Japanese Standard brass Stop-Check Valve is a combination valve that complies with the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and integrates the functions of both a stop valve and a check valve. It features a brass valve body and threaded connections. Internally, it incorporates the sealing mechanism of a stop valve and the automatic opening/closing mechanism of a check valve. By rotating the handwheel, the medium can be shut off or allowed to flow, while in the open position, the valve automatically prevents medium backflow through the disc’s own weight or spring force.Designed specifically for general media such as water, oil, and air, this valve is suitable for pipeline systems with a nominal pressure rating of JIS 10K or lower. Commonly used in marine applications, building water supply and drainage systems, HVAC systems, and general industrial equipment, it provides an integrated solution for scenarios requiring manual shut-off and backflow prevention.JIS Brass Stop-Check Valve Product ImageJapanese Standard brass Stop-Check Valve Features 1. Dual-Function Integrated Design Combines the controlled shut-off capability of a stop valve with the automatic backflow prevention function of a check valve, simplifying pipeline design, reducing installation points, and minimizing leakage risks. 2. Compliance with Japanese Standards Strictly adheres to standards such as JIS B2071/B2081, ensuring full compatibility with the Japanese standard system in terms of pressure ratings, structural dimensions, thread specifications, and material requirements. 3. brass Body with Corrosion Resistance Constructed from cast brass, offering excellent resistance to water and atmospheric corrosion. It is rust-resistant and suitable for a wide range of conventional fluid media. 4. Compact Structure and Ease of Operation The threaded connection facilitates simple installation, and the valve features a short face-to-face length. The handwheel provides intuitive opening and closing control, with clear open/close position indicators. 5. Cost-Effective and Easy Maintenance The integration of two valve functions offers high cost-effectiveness. In case of malfunction, the valve can be replaced entirely or specific internal components can be repaired, resulting in relatively low maintenance costs.
